hey, is FTE giving anybody elses computer problems?
oh and for any of you who dare come to my end of the state, theres "emergency bridge work" taking place on the northbound side Baldwin bridge in Old Saybrook. actually, it should be done by now. Southbound side is getting work this (or next) week. I went to pick my brother up from school on Friday, and when I got to the 95/9 interchange southbound I went "uh oh, better find a new way home." traffic on rt 9 southbound was backed up to exit 2. I found 2 alternate routes home, but my brother, who drove on the way home, didnt take either. he said "we'll just take 9 to 95, we'll be fine, it wont be that bad"..... we hit traffic at exit 2. I said "I told ya we should have taken another way home" lol. a half hour later we finally got past the road work. and coming home from Wallingford yesterday, we hit the traffic about a mile from exit 65. yikes. luckily, i know my way around that area, so we took 153 to Old Saybrook, or we still would be sittin in traffic.

Dave there isn't really a bad part of Wallingford. There's a part where you'll have a tough time finding people whose first language is english, but there isn't a huge amount of crime in Wallingford. Worst part is the PITA, crazy azz cops in this town. One cop tried to have a guy tried for attempted murder when a tree he was cutting near the road fell the wrong way.

Dave there isn't really a bad part of Wallingford. There's a part where you'll have a tough time finding people whose first language is english, but there isn't a huge amount of crime in Wallingford. Worst part is the PITA, crazy azz cops in this town. One cop tried to have a guy tried for attempted murder when a tree he was cutting near the road fell the wrong way.
He walked away when the Amtrak track inspector laughed at him.

Yes we did. Went to Seaworld, Gatorland, and a few shows. Also went to St. Augustine the oldest city in USA. Spent three days at a Hilton Grand Vacation Resort also. Visited with family, mom and two sisters.
