Ok let stry this again where is it my van consumed almost 5qts in the past Month. Almost killed my engine
Ouch.
In your van, you will probably have to take the inside engine cover off to find it. Its located right behind and below the air filter housing. It is about the size and shape of a tuna can. If its painted grey then its probably original. Sometimes you can clean them out with a gasoline bath, but when they get old the internal diaphragm will get hard and brittle. You might even see small pieces of it inside the engine intake. Anything found like that means you need a new one.
Ford or international part only, unfortunately. Autoparts stores won't have it usually.
The one in the picture is off a turbo engine.
On the NA engine, the lower neck is longer so it reached the valley pan and it is bolted to the rear of the intake throat.
