Howdy CT...Dave congrats on the pending new homestead. I would assume that as part of the sale you would have to have the lot surveyed...have a plot plan drawn up proving that the house is actually on the lot.

You know the rules...no pics means it didn't happen...

Sometimes an A2 survey is not required.

I think the town's engineering and assessor maps suffice.

hi there Andy.

Yepper, wifee and I went to the open house in the marshmallow.

The roadway is only 18' wide and that's only because the town put in city water & sewer and blasted the road wider while they were at it.
