Yes, TS has been out there for a while. It's pretty much of-the-shelf tuning, but the big players can re-burn TS chips. I have a TS re-burned by Tony Wildman -- which replaced my DP. VERY good tunes.

But for $384, you can have a DP, but with only a few tunes. I don't know what DP charges now, but back when I bought mine, I paid $200, with one custom tune. Then I paid $45 for another one, and got stock & no-start. So for $245 plus shipping, I got no-start, stock, 80E, and 120R. I added more later. Check out their site and see what they're offering now. I can't imagine the prices went up too much from back then.

Like Joe said, skip the TS and either get the DP or a TW chip. Getting the TS would be like only filling up a flat tire half way.

Send it to Tony for a reburn. You'll be impressed. Glenn had his TS reburned and loves his new tunes.

You can get that same chip from a custom tuner with much better tunes on it. That's what I would do and what I actually did do.

Kevin a Kentucky guy all right. Ill tell you what come over to B.G. and I will show you what a DP tuner will do. As said your TS chip can be reburnt by Tony and you will like it alot better than what you have.

I got a TS chip bout a year or so after I had already installed a Banks kit. I will not be giving Gale Banks any more of my money. The TS chip actually scared me, it was so much more powerful than before. I still like it, but the good things I hear about DP make me wonder...

TS chip = Decent power from TS.

TS chip with Tony's tunes (www.totaldieselperformance.com) = Amazing difference! Smooth power threw the power band. You also can send the chip back for FREE (you pay shipping) and get it reburned anytime you add modifications to your truck or you just want to change tunes. I am 1000% satisfied with Tony, I'll recommend him to anyone!
