when thats removed that allows you to remove the i guess hub cylinder and gear i think,
like this right?
Then this is all thats left .

then you should see a snap ring and after the snap ring should be washers or spacers, i don't have the snapring or washers, my driver side does.
So you take the large ring out of the hub then the snap ring off the axle stub holding the body assembly in. Then take that assembly out and now you can access the locknuts holding the rotor/hub on the spindle. Washers behind the body assembly are used as necessary ONLY IF there is excessive play.

I just did this on my F150 .

thanks Sean. I dont have anymore of that "fun" but tommorow Ill put some up from the racetrack and other activites.

haha Pete, we had more fun later going down the forest trail in East Lyme. it was my truck following my buddy in his 89 Bronco. we were goin through some substantial puddles. if you every come down here Ill take you down the trail. im loggin off for the night. ttyl. night all.

Justin i appreciate the help, 1 what book did thoes images come from just curious, 2 what do you mean by excessive play, would this be before you remove anything you can move everything inward and outward therefore washers would make everything tight and 3 ford told me i absolutly need them lol, i wanna use my 4x4 but i dont feel comfortable knowing that soemthing might be missing. any input you got i will take thnx again
