I looked up at the ABS unit and to my amazement one of the plugs was unplugged!
So i plugged it in and what do you know, everything works! I new deep down it was something stupid like that. I went out and test drove it and its all good now. I still dont have cruise or my horn but that isnt an issue as much as the abs, speedo and trans light.
I want to thank you for helping me out this way. I use this site alot and it is totally kicks ***!

THANK YOU ZIGGY AND ALL THE OTHER FTE GUYS that help me diagnose this. i am a new to the powerstroke and you guys have babtised me!
Glad it worked out to be an easy fix, well not exactly easy considering what you went through, but seating a connector is an easy fix.

Thanks for the update.

I have learned things from this thread.

Glad to hear you found it man!! I'm sorry I havent been on here to check back and see how it went, I just now got back from a little 100mi road trip to help a fellow FTE'r work on his truck, it only took an hr, but we spent the rest of the day fishing

Now onto your cruise/horn issue. I'm pretty sure they are on the same ciruit. I'll check some wiring diagrams first thing in the morning and find out something out for ya. But for right now i've got to get some rest, these 20 hr days are gettin old in a hurry
