Only Ford Premium Gold or Zerex G-05 coolant. If the Aeromotive regulator has lines coming from the back of the head you have a regulated return setup.
I will add to the previous statements - get that green coolant out of there and put in the gold. You have to flush it VERY WELL (the green and gold coolants really do not mix well).
Well i finally talked to diesel mechanic that would look at my 6.0 and he said the fuel system is great its a version of the ITP return system.I asked him if i could put a tuner in it he said that would be fine the fuel pressure should go up or down as needed. Now im not sure what programmer to get any suggestions?

The fuel pressure should stay pretty constant. If the boost reference is connected to the regulator I would disable that since it could push your fuel pressure too high.
You may not have the cord, but the block heater is installed. Look on the passenger side behind the wheel well. The plug in point is near a freeze plug. I have a picture somewhere - I will post if I can find it.
