Good lord that was a tight fit. I got it all the way in all wired up belts on fule line hooked up. Got ready to put the rad in and broke the percock when I checked to see if was closed so i guess its back to the radiator shop it goes. so I filled the ps resivor hooked the trans cooler lines to the auxilery cooler and try'd to start it. I didn't get it to start I need new batteries had them on the charger all day and and they wouldn't spin the motor hooked up the charger and the jump cart it would actauly run the glowplugs this way but still wasn't cranking nearly fast enough I know I was getting fule because of the giant pudle under my truck from the return cap I aperantly broke along the way. Sorry I didn't have time to get any pictures today maybe tomarow if I get a chance.
I didn't get the trator coment either. The more I look at it its just about the same color as ford blue. Not even sure if its actualy cobalt blue just know that are mobile guy said he had it left over from a lowes trailor so I assumed lowes would paint them cobalt blue. I had it mostly painted navistar blue but ran out of pain and my only other choses was the darker blue or CAT yellow and while I think that would have looked awsome in there I didn't want to mistake my engine for a 3208 and use it as an anchore.
I guess. They haven't said anything to me about it so we'll see. biggest problem I've got is coming up with the money for two batteries, so i can get it spinning fast enought to hopefully start. I might try sticking the battery from my jeep in there since its an 875 I think.
