Yeah.....I'm thinking I may not make it that long.
I do have a couple of issues. I haven't made a release tool for the HPOP lines yet, and I still need to get some baseline numbers with the scan gauge. OBTW...it's an AeroForce Interceptor scan gauge. That's the "correct" one y'all were talking about earlier right?
Of course, Mr. weatherman is talking about severe thunderstorms tomorrow through Friday.....so the decision may be made for me.
never works out like you want it too..damn weather is always in the way....when i did my pump i used a tool to remove trim work and the older chevy window crank handles with the C clip..it worked well for me..good luck on the install Scott..cant wait to see them ###'s with B codes..
I followed the hpop test instructions on swamps website, and a sustained burst from 50 to 100 mph in sixth gear on the 140 setting yields a maximum of roughly 2500psi and it will stabilize around 2250-2300. The duty cycle will spike to 75% and fall off to 55%.
On the stock setting the pressure will peak at 2300 and hold and the duty cycle will not quite reach 50%
So.....if I read this right my stock pump just barely qualifies as "marginal".
