Lie flat on the ground and lift your legs up! I do 2 different kinds. I do the ones like I did in track the most where I just lift up about 6 inches and hold it for a few seconds then relax then do however many you can do. The other kind I do is reach behind me and grab something solid and lift my legs up til my legs are just about above my head!
I wasnt in any hurry! Mitchell had today off and he was the only one small enough with any mechanical experience and trusted.
We got it on not too much longer than 2 hours though. Surprised the hell outta me and him!
The whistle is unreal. I like it a lot! Thanks for like the 30th time, Chris!

Hello folks. Hadnt had a very good day but it got better at lunch when I went and picked up some pills. I had to get a root canal yesterday and it woke me up this morning at 1am throbing. The crappy part was the tooth hadnt bothered me at all and I thought I was just to get it refilled......WRONG!

Funny thing was when we were done and went to test drive it we stopped at a local gas station and there were a bunch of "youngins" out front leaning on their cars. Tiburon, some mazda that had a turbo, and a few others. I took note and then took Mitch back home and when I came back by and made it whistle and all of them looked at me like WTF is that!

Thanks Dan. They still have tape and blue spots on them, but I am going to wash the truck tomorrow.
We actually had a few issues getting the center caps to work. I had Kevin of Black Magic order and install them, and he had to cut out the center of the caps to get them to fit, hubs stuck out too far. Can't put the rear center caps on, axle is too big. lol. Also they sent us a lug set for 6 lug wheels so we were 8 short...
Otherwise, I like them a lot.
