Scott that house is amazingly cheap. Up here that house would be worth 3-400K.
I keep thinking with houses like that, for that cheap down in the states, I should be buying one somewhere, and have it for a vacation house. Just needs to be near a lake, and warm in the winter haha.
So jim, is she gonna get daddies PSD, and get it painted pink, or is daddy gonna get her a different PSD and paint it pink?!
I gotta say, if my woman ever seen a pink psd, it wouldnt be long till we had one sitting in our driveway too!
Nope I'll get her one of her own. We'll see if the pink is still the color of choice in 6-7 years. Maybe black with pink powdercoated stacks.

I cannot afford a house like that up here.
You market must be like the one here. I found out yesterday that a house that I had wired 4 years ago just went into forclosure. It cost the guy 800K to build it. The wiring alone was 70K. 10K of that was just to bring the electrical service to the property
This place had all the bells and whistles and then some.
Jim, dang you have short nights. But under your circumstances, I can understand. Hope that you and J-L can relax a little and enjoy the day.
It is interesting what a person's mind can imagine. Yes, you could write a book. And the moral would be "truth is stranger than fiction", among others.
Hang in there, Jim and J-L, you will get through this. Our prayers are with you during this "activity".
I wonder Jim, how much would a 800k house like that sell for under foreclosure?
Man a guy could make a ton of cash buying up houses right now for cheap, and selling them in a few years when things get going hard again.
That will depend on how bad the bank want's to unload it. There are people buying up some houses here renting them for now to sell them when the market improves

That awesome Jacob. I hope that you have a very enjoyable time. Since we as your other family can't be ther to take pictures it's up to you to post a couple for us to see.
hey Jim, on Tuesday after you present all the evidence of wrong doing at the hearing and you get full custody, have the judge issue a restraining order saying the wicked witch can not come within 1000 ft of you or JL, and can not call or contact you.
this will make your life a lot easier.
if she calls, you call the cops and she goes to jail.

I hope that it goes as easy as that Tom. Some of the stuff that I read in the police reports from FL are like a fiction novel.

I woke up at 4:45 and my mind was going a mile a minute, so i just got up and played wii for a little bit, then went online.
Something about reading about trucks, and restoring stuff, and crap like that eases my thoughts quite a bit.
That or I just pull up pics of lisa... haha
Shouldn't that be something like 1.3 Km a minute for you? lol

The first one we are going to go and look at is this one:
