It's getting closer to hay season every day. I don't miss stacking hay at all. I'd like to be out raking or running a tedder, but whatever. Lose the decent with the very very bad.
Yeah we run about 300 acres of hay normally, this year I think we got about 200 acres, the rest is corn, soybeans and some wheat. you should see our haybine the things a beast. We fitted a front 3pt hitch and PTO on to a 7230 Case IH Magnum, we got a 10' pottinger mower up front and two 10' pottinger mowers on the rear 3pt hitch. Here is a pic
Rain here this morning, now it is sunny and upper 70's, with a forcast of severe thunderstorms, hail, and tornados for later. A lot of the counties near us have let school out early, in preparation for the weather.
