Im the same with sushi. I can only eat fish when Im in the mood for it if its cooked...let alone whatever all the different types of sushi are these days...
I ain't real heavy on cooked fish, and raw fish is bait or cat food
Apparently I have to sign for my stuff in person. I've got half a mind to send him down to the farm since someone's there all day. Hopefully it'll rattle some of his packages around so they get broke. As long as they aren't mine...
I guess UPS has a hard time realizing people have jobs and school and such...
Go to the warehouse and pick it up. That's what I did with my Bilsteins.
[Speechtype=rant]Because our idiot governor decided she needed to screw with our driving laws last summer when a few idiots in ricers got themselves killed. All single car indicents. Everyone was saying how we should feel sorry and blablabla. I say it's good because they were all going to have fatal crashes eventually so it's better that they were single car incidents instead of them killing someone who wans't doing anything wrong.
The governor decided she needed to bully some new laws through state legislature and change everything.
They changed from:
20 hours of on-road time
drivers ed
2 written tests (1 for permit 1 for license)
graduated licensing
to:
40 hours on-road
drivers ed + an 8 hr drug and alcohol course
6 months of having your permit before you can have your license
a "harder" written test for permits and no written test for licenses
2x as long for graduated licensing
no cell phones at all for new drivers (i actually agree with that one)
suspending your license for a YEAR if you get caught 15mph or more over the limit (very easy to do without thinking on certain 25mph roads around here that should really be 35 or 40mph roads)
So basically they made it harder on kids that would follow the rules in the first place because if you didn't follow the law for speed limits you wont follow new laws like those. And they took away any incentive to pay attention in drivers ed since there is no written test for your license. It's idiotic. [/rant]
Nope. I'm older than Nick. I'm closer to 17 than 16 at this point. My state just sucks horribly. The governor wants to make the driving age 18 which is complete BS. State legislature won't allow that so they just instated the current program.
We build equipment for offshore drilling rigs. Power section drilling motors, well heads, closures, downhole pumps, basically anything that you need to look for, drill for and bring oil to the surface.

That really sucks, Pete. When I went thru it...drivers ed, driving range for like 4 weeks, 1 hour on road, test go get final license at DMV and you were good. All this was taken care of in Phys Ed class haha

Yea. I have yet to meet a single person who agrees with them. Everyone I've spoken to says they would be good in theory, but in practice the kids who would break the law in the first place are just going to break the new ones so it's just punishing kids who would follow the law.
The driving instructors all hate them because nobody has an incentive to pay attention in class so pretty much everyone is talking, texting, listening to iPods, etc.
