Good morning everyone.
Nothing significant to add today except to be glad I'm not pushing up daisies.

Goodmorning all- only on here 'cause my dumb azz woke up LATE. Good thing I run the shop, but also not setting the best example.... stupid alarm clock works when it feels like it, time for a new one I think!

But on a happy note- I get my van turbo and ancilliary parts to convert from e99 to late model from Clay! WOOOOHOOOO! I also got it all ceramic coated, so excited!!!

Danny - sweetness!!! enjoy! I was going to go with a van turbo but with the altitude in CO the lag would be BAD.... so (eventually) it's a 38r for me!! How you been bro?

Chris (That_Guy) and I will be getting together next Saturday to (finally!!) replace his HPOP lines. Otherwise he'd be coming to CO to get his parts! or.. not. hahaha!

Dan - you can only "push up daisies" when you hand them to your wife.

howdy y'all!!

Hey Jason, just the guy I wanted to see online!

Whats your opinion on running on cement in a very small area, VS using an elliptical machine. Thats my dilema right now, its too cold to go outside to run, and Ive read alot of info that says maybe I shouldnt be running inside doing lots of tight turns and whatnot, on cement.

Trying to improve my cardio, greatly!

Howdy Clay!!

Sheldon - cement will be hard on your knees - any chance of padding it somehow? Not blankets but like with 1/2" thick rubber pads?

Unfortunately Brendan, the only extra padding I have around, is on me, and im doing my best to get rid of it haha.

I know the cement isnt the best running surface, but the elliptical also isnt quite the same as running.

Wonder if I should try switching it up every second or third day, I dont wanna have a knee problem again, my knees are both good and tough right now, and Id like to keep em that way!
