I'm pretty happy right now. Dad and Tom got the plow hooked to the 6.0 today. Dad and I started on it last night but it was the first time we hooked it so it was a bit challenging. Blade was angled, the jack wasn't out far enough, and we had to install new cylinders so we had to add fluid and bleed the system. We couldn't get the passenger side pin to engage the mount on the truck. Dad and Tom must've gotten that done today cause the pins were fully engaging the mount when I got to the truck this afternoon.
Spent about an hour cleaning up from the past storms we never plowed.
Bring on the $now!
Of course now that I'm ready for snow there's none in the 10 day forecast.
Yes. I am relatively sure my genealogy doesn't include any type of primate.

Good morning all! It's been a nice 70-74* out here this week in sunny SoCal hehehe. I kinda forgot what snow is like!
Yeah, rub it in. I started missing So. Cal weather @ 8am last Saturday(wheels up on the airplane). Currently -15 here with plenty of snow. Where do you want it sent?????

Also it's going in my shop.. any guidelines or tips for not burning down my shop??
Thanks guys.
Edit: For those that don't know.. it's a 55 gallon drum converted into a wood stove haha
Looks good. Probably the route I would have gone if there wasn't already a wood stove here when we bought the place.
Don't go cheap on the chimney pipe. It's tempting, especially since the good, double wall SS stuff is about $70/3'. That's one of the quickest ways to burn the shop down, using non insulated pipe too close to flamable materials. Use the good pipe when passing through walls/celings/roofs.

Ditto, on the above. I would make sure you fire it up outside real hot to burn off the paint on the drum. It looks like you may be already doing that in the pic, but you don't want any of that stink in the shop.
