We have a few weeks yet before things start turning, but then... gorgeous!! Hopefully my interview this Wednesday will go well and I'll start working again! Then I can start buying toys again!! I know it'll take a bit, but I can't wait to see your '42 all fixed up!
I haven't hunted fox yet, but I would love a pelt. I want to get the coyote thats been hanging around, but I don't carry my .308, lol. Every time I see him his a$$ is waving goodbye.

I can't wait to get the truck done either. It's been a challenge alone, but I've managed so far (sometimes half-arsedly). Hey, gotta make do...lol.

Yikes you drink a lot of coffee!! I can't stand it. Typically I don't even allow it in my truck (yes, exceptions are sometimes made), which brings me to a sorta-funny story.

So my buddy Dave is truly city-folk... in suburbia. So his bro-in-law invites us out to WV to his cabin. Dave is all excited about this "adventure in the woods" but can only do Saturday night. This guy has some ATVs and a motorcycle or two. No idea about trails/access, but ... we'll see. So Dave's plan originally was to leave our area around noon, stop for lunch along the way, then get there. It's about a 2hr drive......

4 guys going, so I offer to drive b/c the "dirt road up to the cabin gets kinda rough".... When I let them all know my "no coffee in the truck" rule, one guy says he'll drive himself since he needs coffee.... 2hrs without... wow.

Dave's thinking we're going to be roughing it.... A cabin, with electricity & running water, beds... I'll be surprised if there isn't WiFi there. WTF!!! I've got us leaving by 9am, no punka$$ pitstops/lunchbreaks. Hell, bring a damn pizza and eat it, just clean it up! It's a Crew Cab truck!

While I hate to say it about friends, "men" is not one I'd really apply to some of them. Pansy little city-b1tche$.

OH YEAH!! We have to leave Sunday by 10AM so that they can get home to watch football!!! they've got a one-time shot to ride quads & bikes in the woods and can't record the stupid friggin' game.... UGH!!!

Pansies is right.
Give me a blanket in the woods, I'll sleep under the stars, and I'll find my own food. THAT is roughing it. I do have to admit that when I go hunting I will bring a thermos of coffee. I'm set up in the woods by 430a. So I need coffee then...lol.

I can't find my own food... don't know my flora well enough. But I used to knock out 17miles/day with a 40lb+ pack on the AT years ago. Best part was I hitchhiked back to my car and had a ranger pick me up!! hahahaha

DEAL!!

I'm off to search the fridge for breakfast, then do some browse for some car stereo stuff... The puppies got scrambled eggs as their treat this morning. Once a week will be the norm again. It really helps keep their coat healthy & shiny, especially if they are swimmers like Logan. Just beware the gas that brews....

Have fun. I'm off to clean the animals.

My dogs get fresh eggs when I drop them or if one gets cracked by a chicken. They also get fresh offal from the rabbits. lol

Morning everyone

I never have been a coffee drinker. I was told young that it stunts your growth (said to deter me from starting in my early teens) and never started drinking it regularly.
I use plain ol get up and go to get going in the morning, eat some breakkie and drink lots of water, stretch out and Im good to go all day (all night even haha)
