Prayers needed...
Dan and his family had purchased a new home before learning anything about his battle he would be facing. He learned about the cancer about a month and a half before they were scheduled to move. Dan was naturally worried about being able to move his home. I told him don't worry...we'll take care of it.
Dan and I work together and I simply asked some of our co-workers.
We moved them this past Saturday. Here's a photo of much of the group of volunteers that showed up. We actually had to turn people away because we had so many people.
We actually emptied their old home in less than 1 hour and drove to the new home and unloaded it there in 2 hours 15 minutes total including about 15 minute drive time and the loading time...so 2.25 hours start to finish to move an entire home!!!...I have never seen anything like this before in my life. What an amazing testament to God's compassion and grace than so many of His children coming together to help a brother in Christ out in a time of need. I was honored to be part of this incredible outpouring of support because I know it was a true gift from God. It was almost like a television show but instead of renovating your home...we come in and move your house!
We left Dan and his family with their bedrooms all set up and ready to sleep in as well as their downstairs living area in living condition.
All of you guys were there in spirit with us on Saturday surrounding this family with love when they need it most in their lives. Again thank you so much for the continued support and prayers to an amazing family.

Our continuing prayers for Dan and his family from New Jersey.
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Your prayers are working as our Lord has been listening!
Dan has spent the last 8 weeks in a waiting game following the end of the first round of chemo and this experimental liquid radiation treatment injections that are specifically targetted at pancreatic cancer cells.
His scans at 4 weeks past treatment showed a 19% reduction in his largest tumor.
This past week he had his 8 week scan past treatment and his largest tumor now has shrunk 33%!!!
His blood counts are on the rise and the tumors are shrinking...this is what we have prayed for and need to continue to pray for.
Pancreatic cancer is a very difficult cancer to beat. The mortality rate is very high but this new treatment that Dan is only one of 3 in the country taking part in may be on to something.
Dan's attitude is amazing and his determination is something we should all strive to mimic. He is a true inspiration to so many.
I just wanted to let you all know how things are going...they are going as we have been praying...so keep those prayers coming his way...they are indeed working and our Lord is truly GREAT!
Thanks for all your support I know Dan really appreciates it!
God Bless you all.
joe.
