Im in there and go to order. Next thing you know a guy pulls a knife on the cashier(Robbie). Ive known Robbie for like 4 years and he always works the late shift when I go in. I have my weapon on me...Well I didnt know what to do! Robbie gave him all the 1's and 5's in the register and he started his way around the store demanding money from the 4 other customers. He makes his way over to me and all he finds was my 9mm staring in his direction. I dont kno if he thought he had a gun or something that could reach me 20 feet away or not but whatever. Not 10 seconds after I pulled my weapon 4 cops walked in the door...Ive never been so happy to see cops in MY LIFE! They drew down on me and the robber. Robbie started yellin its the guy with the knife, not the gun! I threw the gun down and had my hands up in like .4 seconds. Funny thing is I didnt even get questioned about why I had a gun. They took our statements, arrested the idiot and I had my dinner re-toasted and I got a 100.00 gift card out of the deal...I was still pissed about the dings and scratches on my gun!

Now I think I will enjoy my dinner and go to bed!
Great job Tristan.

Wow, I am glad that you and everyone else is okay Tristan.

So my sweet little 4lb Bilstein thinks he is a killer..... He brought in a dead mouse this morning. woo hoo. He is still struting around here like he is a stud. Wouldn't be so bad if I could teach him how to take them back outside after he brings them in to show them off.

Thats cute Cris. When my dog catches a mouse, she tries to hide it in her mouth so ya cant take it away from her. Its funny as hell! She also tries to pretend she doesnt hear you when you call her to come here.

Tristan, that is the kind of story that I like to read in the NRA magazine. It is situations like these that show the libs that the right to carry does work. Good job!

Jacob, we were trying to get my son's semi started yesterday morning, -34*, and the second new shop heater wouldn't work. Got a different one of a different brand, put it together this morning and it works fine. 'Course, it is 50* warmer today than yesterday, 20*. Feels like a heat wave!

I told you, Bilstein is a canine, killing machine!

Dallas caught a mouse one time and she brought it up onto the porch in her mouth. Susan opened the door and saw this mouse tail hanging out of Dallas's mouth. She looked closely and the tail was moving..

She grabbed Dallas's collar and told her to drop it. She looked at Susan and swallowed it.....alive.

Good job.

Thanks guys. It was just weird how everything happened. I was just in there thinkin "I just wanted a dang sub and now this happens". When I finally was on my way home I got to thinkin more about what wouldve happened if I didnt pull my weapon. He wouldve made is way all the way to me and THEN the cops wouldve walked in and I couldve been a hostage with a dang knife on my throat or something. It definitely didnt sink in and get scary til after it happened. The few beers and the adrenaline didnt wear off til afterwards and reality kicked in! I told my father and told him not to tell mom. She would freak out and drive all the way here to make sure I was ok or something motherly like that.
I just hope I never have to pull it again for the rest of my life. The good thing is I KNOW I wont hesitate to pulll it from now on. That was my worry when I first got my concealed carry permit.

Ill see if the local paper will even give the whole story when/if they write about it. They are on the FARRRRR left side so they probably wont mention a legal concealed carry resident had anything to do with this.

Well, I haven't been keeping up at all here. I'll flip back through a few pages to see what's up. In the mean time, Tokyo Drift is on. Anyone down to watch a classic Mustang get mutilated??

One thing I have noticed over at PSN....what is up with all of the lowered PSDs? What a total waste of truck....

If you want a low rider POS, do it to an F150 or other gasser.
