Those are no fun.. I once had to layoff my best worker, because if I laid off anyone else.. I would have lost two employees. My best worker for his attendance.. then the other for the layoff..
HAve any Decent Maintenance guys that want to see snow???

Plus I finally went & got my Passat back from my ex.... I am never loaning another car out to a g/f again. Not until I see a bank account balance anyway. Car is filthy, and the front fender has a nice dent... some people have no respect or appreciation for the help they are given. I was going to sell it but I'm not sure now, especially with the hit I'll take on the damage. UGH...

I'm sorry Brendan. Its not that you can't trust people, like the guys said, just be more particular over who you trust and who you don't. I have gotten to the point where people have to earn my trust before I'll give 100%
Problem is, a lot of times the nice girls have a hard time telling the difference between the real men and the aholes. I got taken for a fool a couple of times too.
Both men and women use each other for things they want. For men, it happens to be $ex. For women, it happens to be things like money, cars, a place to stay or other types of financial support.
I will agree with you Bill in that women are usually a lot more manipulative and deceiving.

On a good note for me though, I'll end up likely still being able to sell the Passat for $3000+, pay for all my latest maintenance/PMS stuff, and have a lower insurance bill too. I scored a 6.0 tranny cooler for $75 from the breakers, and a grey worktruck bumper for $60 off CL, painted black for another $50, and can sell my chrome rear then!
Yeah, I'm a bit too trusting, and far too giving too easily. Karma's a.... well, karma. EVERYONE that's 'gotten over' on me has, in the end, suffered, without me doing anything. Not that I wish it on them, but .... it happens.
