122 isn't too terrible. Not to make light of it, but for me that wouldn't be too bad. I've unloaded hay when it was 112 on the ground.
I was working up in the loft of a metal roofed barn. It got a little toasty. Halfway down the ladder from the loft I started shivering uncontrollably and as I said it was 112* on the ground.
Well crash boom bam, Randy just took down the Christmas tree in one swoop. I planned on taking it down tomorrow too LOL! Ornaments went FLYING!
I'll also add..those of you giving Sheldon crap about hot weather...you would freeze your ***** off if you had to deal with the type of cold temperatures he endures...and then you'd be the whiney crying babies. I'd be a whiney crying baby if I had to do that kind of cold too.

I plan on still attending the other interview.
Your naive. Little boys think those thoughts the same way a dog chases a car he has no intention of driving.
Hahaha. I think ADULT boys do that too.

I went on google images to try and find an image to illustrate this event, and made the mistake of doing a google image search for "hot bicycle" I started laughing and from there I lost my train of thought.
I changed the brakes on an international flatbed tow truck. It was 115* air temp...
I was working on the ground in full sun on a paved parking lot. Nearly killed me...
heat exhaustion as a bad thing.
I ended up in the hospital overnight...took 3 hours to fully hydrate me...they kept me overnight because of erratic heartbeat brought on by dehydration.
The next day we took a temp reading where I was working and it was 140*
Anybody know where Nick went? I haven't seen him in a while. Maybe I'm lookin in the wrong threads...
I haven't seen him either now that you mention it. I will look up his profile in a min and see the last time he logged on.

My tree fell over a few years ago, scared the crap out of me. lol. Hope there wasn't too much glass everywhere.
Your are very right, if I lived in the cold he does, I would whine like a lil biotch.
I may have to google that and see what you were laughing at.

I just looked up Nick's profile. He's logged on today. Only 2 posts for him since the first of the year. Thanks for the idea, Cris.
BTW, Cris. You talk like my mom. Instead of saying "bad words" she would've said "not nice words" just like you did. Creepy. Especially since her name is Cris.
