The good news is that you can get a standard case for something like $40, and maybe another $40 for a power supply if it's not standard either.
Try Publix, Chris. I used to get their handmade deli subs all the time!! Damn. Now I'm jonesing for a Publix sub!!!
It will be a lil while before I even try it! Might be thrown away before I try!

Merry Christmas again y'all. I finally got caught up with this damn thread. It more or less took me all day, but I was gone for a few hours and doing errands around the house.

Morning ya all.
On the menu today here, is spagetti, with a little bit of butter, and salt and pepper
That's what you Canucks consider Christmas dinner? Although the further I read I did notice you were suffering because of laziness or stupidity or a little of both. Enjoy either way.
With as bad as I've been feeling for the past couple of months several friends have suggested I knock off this drinking all of the pop and fruit juice I've been drinking since I quit the case a day of beer almost 6 months ago. I have probably been drinking an equal amount of pop or juice and feel like chit. So today I started on coffee first thing in the morning, but from then on just filtered tap water. I probably drank my first glass of water today in 25 or 30 years. What do y'all think of this idea?
Drink the water, Mark. Lack of water will kill people...never hear that about sodas! I had my 1st soda 2 days ago in almost 2 years...it was the Sprite Zero so its not even a soda in my book! Fruit juice is basically pure sugar, of course its "natural sugars"...Id stick to the water!

Grinchness is more like it
I just HATE christmas time, absolutely despise it!
The real stupid part was not checking the cupboards for "bachalor-like" food

Thank you for the encouragement Tristan. Yeah I will stick with it for awhile, probably a long while. I think all of these meds I am on are hard on my kidney's so the water should be a big help there. The last time I drove down to Jody and Dianes (less than 500 miles round trip) I drank lots of pop the entire trip, just about the very first thing I did after pulling in the driveway and getting out of the truck I puked up a good portion of that pop. DUH!! You'd think I would have heard a few bells ring right then.

When I first started my job that Im at now I drive a lot and I get paid by the job, so the quicker I am the better off I am....
Well I thought I could do it without stopping, drinking, eating, or anything! Boy was I wrong!
The trick to mine was water...if I didnt drinkat least 4 bottles of water during the time Im in the truck I would get home with the biggest headache ever! Its funny how the stuff makes everything work better! I dont buy bottled water though. I had the refillable bottles and just use tap water. Most of the major brands are filtered tap water anyways!

I would not pay a nickel for that damn bottled water. Some of these Yuppie idiots, probably the same ones that patronize such ripoff joints as Starbucks will pay a dollar or more for a bottle water that they're lucky if it is even filtered tap water. I have been laughing about it for years. I am using one of those Brita pitchers and filters. Next long drive I take I will fill up a bunch of bottles with that stuff. But when I meet up with Jim and Chris in Florida I will probably be due for a beer or 2.

Very true... but you should know that your typical tap water has more chlorine in it that what is legally allowed in most swimming pools! I use a Brita pitcher to filter my tap water and then fill my bottles.

You definitely need to stay hydrated. Couple fun facts (I used to be Wilderness First Aid certified and kinda keep it up, but not enough)
1. Too much water CAN kill you.... but it's REALLY hard to get there.
2. Average human body holds 8 quarts of water. Being "low" just 1 quart reduces overall work you can do by about 50%!
3. You don't start feeling thirsty until you're 5 quarts "low"...
4. Your body can process (typically) a maximum of 8oz. of water every 20 minutes. So, chugging 32oz. just means you'll pee more
