Ive heard of people losing weight like that, but I quit drinking soda for a month and didnt lose a single pound.
i used to drink at least 6 bottles of soda a day.
when i quit drinking soda i lost 35lbs.
then again, at the time i weighed 315lbs and was under doctors orders to quit all sugars and caffeine when i had the heart surgery..
i couldn't take the taste of diet soda, so i just gave up soda and coffee all together.

You guys got way too much time on your hands!
I've been on here 5 1/2 yrs and still haven't broke 2000, yet. I guess I've been working more than talking. JK
Alrighty....well I stripped my old dell...Guess Ive got 1 chunk down!
Be careful with the "big name" PC cases though. Some of them are proprietary and the standard MoBo's won't fit. Compaq & HP were notorious for that, but I don't know if Dell uses standard ATX cases or not. That's the ONLY gotcha. The good news is that you can get a standard case for something like $40, and maybe another $40 for a power supply if it's not standard either.
