Getting ready to open presents and then it's time to cook.

On today's menu:

Two Cajun, deep fried turkeys
One hickory smoked turkey
One smoked country ham
Smoked boudin
Smoked sausage fattie
Homemade cornbread dressing
Mashed potatoes
Green beans
Deviled eggs
Sweat heat cream cheese dip
Rasberry chipoltle cream cheese dip
Homemade chocolate cake

Be careful with the "big name" PC cases though. Some of them are proprietary and the standard MoBo's won't fit. Compaq & HP were notorious for that, but I don't know if Dell uses standard ATX cases or not. That's the ONLY gotcha.
