ok now i got the truck to start i had to tighten the bolt on the back of the pcm to get it to start now i'm gonna put the chip in and see what happens

ok well when i put the chip in it the service engine soon light comes on and stays on as soon as i turn on the key and truck won't start if i un plug the chip the truck starts

Does the WTS light come on? I would guess you need to clean the PCM contacts some more.

ok cleaned it really really good this time and it fired up with the chip in it now it's time for test drive wish me luck

ok back from test drive and wow didn't feel like there was a whole lot there then it hits 2000 rpm and it starts pouring the black smoke i was scared to give it all it had what a difference

i don't wanna break it but i did kinda lay in to it on the 80 hp econo setting and it started spinning tires and going sideways in 3rd gear i think i'm gonna need a new clutch soon

This maybe crazy but the problem your having sounds like what happen to my truck when I was installing my E-Brake, my keys were not in my pocket. I blew a fuse way up under the dash on the driver side. I didn't know it was there until my mechanic showed it to me. It is hard to find but I know about it now. It was a 5 minute fix and about a $300 tow bill, mechanic charged me for just the fuse as he smiled. It is just a thought, hope you figure it out soon.
