Hey everyone. I'm Ted and I live in Ayer, Ma. I have a green 61 f100 that I bought last year. So far I've added disc brakes in the front, bucket seats, pertronix ignition, new gas tank under the bed, water, oil pressure and tach gauges and a 12V alternator conversion. She still needs a little body work but I really love her.
"...replace…"
Y replace? I said no thing bout 'replace'.
That thing's a lill tractor!
I have ur same 'gage cluster' in my rig,
and the lill brother of that motor. The nxt generation is called falcon six. My intake is no removable like yers. These engines evolved (144, 170, 200, 250 - sm 6) into the big 6 (240 / 300) that DID have the same removable intake U have…
Have U seen the glass bowels that go on that holley 1940? Kinda cool lookin, eh? Wonder if it'd fit my 253/4.2L?
That's cool man. Usually when someone realizes I still have the straight six they laugh and tell me to swap in a V8. This thing is a tank and reliable as hell. I plan on eventually going with a Clifford Performance kit to wake up the ole motor. And to answer your question: yes I've seen those glass bowl 1904's and they look pretty damn cool. This is my first classic vehicle and really love it so I won't be doing any major changes such as IFS. Are you going to the GTG on the 23rd?
I'm Ryan from Newburyport, which is right on the NH line and right on the coast. I have a 94 F350, which is my first Ford product, and it's been a great truck the past 4 years. I use it as a daily driver during the winter, as well as plowing commercially on the side with it.

Welcome James. I'm Ted and I just joined this chapter about 2 weeks ago. I was in the US Army for 5 years so I hear ya about traveling. I'm sure you'll love it here, enjoy. BTW what do you have?
What I have depends on the day really. Currently I am driving a Focus ST. Last week was an Everest. Had the Fusion for a while and the Ranger (all current model years).
I like the Kuga (Escape in US markets), but pushing to get my hands on the new 2017 model.
