Ok, is it like a bunch of trucks in a parking lot or something?
I'd say the people R the main attraction, BK sez "da beer". Twice (a yr. apart, dey wuz) it wuz a huge gash in the ground in the middle of Massachusetts ("chasm"), once an air/auto museum and a several times a lill boy and an ol man. The latter may have been the best for me. But this is all revealing more about me then a Massachusetts Chapter FTE Get To Gether. As suggested - why not catch the B/S Thread? Don't hafta leave ur chair for that...
Newcomer here, despite the fact that I've been trolling this site for like a year - decided it was time to join a truck forum (always a good idea IMO to be on a forum for whatever you drive).
2004 F250 Lariat Supercab, Diesel, Long bed. 07 HD headlights, black/billet grill, 4300k bixenon HID, almost completed LED conversion, all smoked forward lighting (except the headlights lol). My picture has a black bumper, but that's just photoshopped. Hoping to do that soon - black vinyl wrapped.
JUST about to jump into the engine - sourcing parts and pricing now to fix all those pesky little 6.0 issues... EGR, oil cooler, coolant filter, head studs... Hopefully in the next month or so it'll be done.

I just got a 2013 F-350 crew cab, long bed, diesel, 4WD, Lariat dually and am getting over the shock of commercial registration. I knew from reading here it would cost me, but now it is really hitting me how much. Not good MA.
I am retired, spent 25 years as a mechanic- cars mostly, then 21 years in a local manufacturing plant- facilities mostly.
In a couple of days I am putting a truck camper in the bed and in Summer we head for Alaska, Key West, and most anywhere in between.
Great info on this site. Many thanks for all the work done to change the rules on dually registration- here's hoping it goes through in 2013.
Welcome aboard Joe...good to have 'ya. That's an ambitious trip. A good customer of mine made a similar trip many years ago...north to Canada...on to Alaska. He had an F-350 SRW with a 7.3 and a handshaker with a slide in camper.

U sound a lill like my dad...he's in Fla. Just got back from a wedding in Alaska he drove to by way of a visit to a family member in Maine! He's 85 y/o and used his wife of 5 yrs's Town Car or other big ford. They saw it as "just a lill trip" due to spending a yr in Europe drivin around in an escort wagon!
