North Carolina is a real ripoff on top of their sorry sorry DMV services. Separate property tax, fairly high reg. fee, and about 40 bucks for inspection. I lost the title for my Vdub, it was NC and in the OP's name. So we not only had to stand in line for 4 hours, it cost me over 90 bucks just for a duplicate title, no plates nothing.

You're more than welcome buddy. That one is not even in very good shape, that window is not down that little bit on purpose. Probably up as good as it will go. If the man is trying to sell it, and I don't know if he is, he should fix the window and get rid of that foolish looking lettering.

the women jogging, I took that pic from my 4th floor apt, they were on the opposite side of a 7 lane rd and our parking lot.
it is not illegal to take pics of people in public...its one of the lessons in the photo magazine I read. The only grey area is taking pics of kids...I may be a perv...but they gotta be over 21....old enough to go buy me beer!
I couldn't use the pics to make money unless I got a release from the people in the pics (unless it was newsworthy)
just think of me as papparazzi in training!
I take about 3000 pictures a month...pretty women just hapens to be my favorite subject!

The picture on the right is what she USED to look like...She was highly criticized for being "too fat" and now battles anorexia. This was before the drugs, which i am sure don't help matters.

All digital? I used to be a real shutterbug myself, but long before digital. I too used to take lots of photos of women that I had no business taking, simply because I was married. The fact that at one time women were my favorite subject, just below fast cars got me in lots of trouble. Like I have said before.......oh well.....all you can do is hope to spread a little of your hard lessons on to the younger don't know any better set.

There's better stuff on I.D. right now. Tru will be okay at 9 Eastern if it is not a rerun. You can put your fancy little mobile device on your knee and watch tv and try to stay ahead of me at the same time, but you may have to ignore your wifey. Not a good idea unless you're bored of her anyway.
