Not much, just trying to catch up in here. Sorry to hear about Mr. Fuzzy ***** still running round your house. We had a mouse problem at one place I worked at, they used glue traps to get the lil *******s. Scared the crap out of me one morning, I stepped on one and it had a baby mouse on it. I just tossed my shoes and went barefoot the rest of the day.

Funny mouse story:

We had a few mice around of shops when I was over in Iraq. We set out quite a few sticky traps, and it would trap all kinds of bugs, too. Spiders, scorpions, camel spiders, you name it. One day, one of the ladies in the plans office came over freaking out because the trap caught a mouse. She thought it was dead, so she went to toss it, but it started squeaking at her. LMAO!!! She was a wreck!! So one of the guys went over and pushed a sharp stick through its head. She was SOOO PI$$ED!! She wouldn't talk to anyone in our shop for a week, and refused to talk about the mouse again. I still chuckle to myself thinking about that...

Oh yeah, ever seen a camel spider?? I hate spiders, so these things scared the crap out of me:

EDIT: Whoda' thunk that there's a whole site dedicated to those damn things:

Yeah it sucks. Its a recent problem for sure, I am starting to notice mouse poopies that I never saw before, but definitely would have noticed. I would say i didn't have mice until about a week ago.

Eww..a baby mouse, like a pinky?

Joe, that spider is NASTY.

I agree with Jeremy on the female cats. We have two females and two males. The females are far better hunters and they do not get into near as much trouble as the males. I like female dogs better than males too. Better behaved.

Mark, I think we know your opinion on cats. Not everyone likes them, and I'm not going to try to convince someone otherwise. I've seen people change before though. My ex was never a cat person, but didn't have a choice when she moved in with me, as I was not getting rid of mine. Now she's a cat lover herself and has two of them at her new place.

Joe, is that thing for real? I remember seeing some pics like that before and reading that those might be fake. That's a huge spider.

In my dog owning years before going RV fulltime I always would have a male Weinheimer. Probably 6 or 7 of them. Each and everyone, if a cat was spotted and there was not a nearby tree or hidey hole to big for the dog the cat had about 30 seconds of life left. The dog usually paid with lots of scratches but never was deterred from doing it over and over.

It was tiny, mad me sad until I thought about it growing up and reproducing. Once I thought about it having babies I was okay with it being on the trap. Needless to say I started wearing my glasses more so I could miss stepping in the traps.

I like male cats better, I have had 2 males and 2 females. The males were more lovey, the females were more stand offish. The females weren't bad cats they just like to be alone where as the males loved to cuddle. I really don't have a preference on dogs, I have only owned females until Bilstein was born 6 weeks ago. I hope he is just as lovey as my female.

Dang Joe, I thought all you had to worry about over there was towel head extremists. I dont like spiders either, but I think you could probably take target practice with those things....

I really prefer a spade female dog
even in the pits they have just as much grit and stamina but are easier to train and a little less hard headed

Little dogs I prefer female, but large breed I prefer male for some reason.

I'm not afraid of spiders but I damn sure don't like them.

If this isn't enough to make you squirm.
