Yep redheads are a strange group. Most of the true carrot-top redheads I've known were absolutely certifiably insane. They are also usually very smart.

I'm probably a quasi-ginger. I don't have bright red hair, its like a brownish red color. But I have the light skin and freckles.

Randy cracks me up because he has dirty blonde hair, but his beard grows in a red color.

I've not really noticed anything extra smart about them, but in my long life I have learned that if you run into a real redhead, with very close set eyes, WATCH OUT they all are truly crazy. If they flip out in your direction you had better have a gun, or lots of friends with you. I have seen it take 5 fellow Marines to pull off this one redhead from someone he had every intention of killing with his fists and teeth. I remember his name was Lester and he was from Washington State. He was not even very big. Just crazy. There is another true crime story I've seen several times on the Bio channel about a 13 year old boy with the close set eyes and red hair that literally beat a 5 year old boy to death just for the fun of it. It took place somewhere in upstate New York.
