I think that wind and hail causes most of the extra maintenance, the other day I noticed quite afew granules from the shingles laying on the ground. Also the wind loosens the metal siding and metal soffits screws.

Yeah the wind down here really lays a beating on everything. We had a pretty nasty bout of hail a while ago that damaged some siding a little bit too that we still have to fix.

The weekend was far too short. I really need a lotto win so I can afford to take a few day's off a week just to get caught up.

It wasn`t a real great Monday morning for me since our power was out when I got up so no coffee before heading off to work. Now it looks like I`ll have rest of the week off since the rain is supposed to start tonite and continue thru the week onto Friday. Hopefully Sat is nice, I got to get some bike time in soon.

I hope your right there, according to the forecast its supposed to be nice out.
This evening is awesome so far, i sat outside and BBQ'd a buncha stuff for supper, great night weatherwise!
