I'm still stuck at home, saw the doctor yesterday as the back is still very sore. got x-rays done yesterday and now it off for physiotherapy. Doc said to stay off work for another two weeks and see how the physio goes. I have the week off between Christmas and new years, because we always spend that time with family in Saskatoon, so it looks like I will be off till the new year. And no snowmobiling over Christmas, that sucks!!!

By the time you heal up there might be some real snow for snowmobiling.

Like everyone has said, back injuries, even if slight, are something you will have to be careful with in the future. Take the physiotherapy seriously, and continue to keep up with the strengthening exercises. 
I was once one of those ten feet tall bullet proof guys, working rough around farming, trucking, mining, construction, etc ---> I have shrunk to 9 feet 6 inches and have a few bullet wounds!!!
