The treadmill was fine for about the first 10 minutes..... I guess.

We`re staying warm, the weather is ok and it hasn`t been too cold lately.

I am slowly starting to work out Sheldon.

I used to think that treadmills were just to hang clothes too David but now I need to actually get using it.

Looks like we're (or should I say northern Alberta) is gettinganother coldspell. Going down to -30 by the end of the week. Gee, just when I thought is was safe to go outside again.
