I hear ya loud and clear. It was -40 this morning, with windchill at -50, currently we are at -35, but expected low of -51 for tonight, not including the windchill. I haven't left the house for a couple of days, and don't expect to till next week. Talk about cabin fever.
See the one thing Im worried about is her getting too used to the inside. She is an outside dog, but I dont want her to get climatized to the inside.
I totally understand, but we are getting a pretty bad freezing spell, with no chance of "climatizing to it".Normally we slowly get colder, but this year it has hit hard and fast. We went from a nice -5 to -30 overnight. That's hard on the animals too. She just might not have enough body fat or winter fur on her yet. Mind you, if she's an outdoor girl, she might not like being in the house, I've seen some dogs like that. Both of my guys were indoor dogs, but they did like the snow, until they started holding up one paw at a time, and limping. Do you have a porch that is maybe not as warm as the basement? That might work out better for both of you.
I hate doing books too, Sandi loves it though, so luckily I don't have to touch them ever!
Nancy used to do the books for years but since she passed away it`s been left up to me.
Kinda of an echo in here, a double post for some strange reason......
Yes, by all means bring that poor pup in, mine are nice and toasty inside all the time.

To FORD RANGER and tin-man, you guys have it good while we`re stuck in this minus something awful deep freeze!
