When I got my acl surgery done, I was down a few feet fromt eh ten foot platform, but ever since it healed so nice, Im back up at ten foot and bulletproof. I kinda wish I didnt think that, as someday im sure somethings gonna happen to bring me down to size again.
Like everyone has said, back injuries, even if slight, are something you will have to be careful with in the future. Take the physiotherapy seriously, and continue to keep up with the strengthening exercises.

well i never was one of those 10ft guys... i stopped at an average 6', but i've always had the habit of moving everything i put my hands too... couple years back we were dirtbiking, i came across a stick across the trail. smallish tree, about 4 inches round, pehaps 12 ft long. bend over to push it out of the way, something that i could have carried 2-dozen of, that one litte tree put me right to my knees. pulled the main muscle down the right side of my back, dropped me to my knees. wasn't sexy at all. rest and a hot water bottle put me back on my feet, but boy, you have to be careful how you lift stuff no matter what size it is.
