What`s the tab on this come to?
I hate the current exchange rate, I`m putting major purchases off hopping for at least some improvement but I know it won`t be soon.

Where I am saving is on the shipping because it's in this country, Midfifty wanted as much for shipping as they did for the box and all in U.S. dollars and the taxes wasn't even added yet.

Where did you buy? I like the old Car Centre in BC because shipping is in their posted price.
Midfifty did charge me almost as much for handling and shipping as for that master cylinder kit, $299 US became $550 Canadian by the time it landed on my door step.

In their catalog it lists for $3400 for an assembled one but they said they had none in stock so the wife started asking them for the prices on the box parts that I told her I needed, by the end of the conversation I had a complete un-assembled box ordered for under 3 grand

Have not been near a computer for a few days so was just catching up. It sure is cold out there John, might even get a little stormy out tonight. Everyone be careful tonight if you have to drive somewhere. Saskatchewan storms can get bad real fast!

My son was home for a few days and I followed him around like he used to follow me when he was a little guy. Things have come full circle. I promised to take my better half out for supper tonight so heading out now, back home before storm hits.

Good afternoon folks, colder this morning than it has been but warming up over night in time for our weekend. 
$3,000 for a complete un-assembled box isn`t cheap but not that bad considering our lowly Canuck buck.
It would neat to visit George Moir`s store, that`s near Edmonton Colin?
Be careful in what you wish for Serhm, retiring with perfect health, being of sound of body, mind is fairly rare plus living in financial excess only happens to a few of us.
I`m glad it never quite got down to-29°C here John, warming up to 0°C by Sunday. :-X2

Sometimes you have to pay the piper to keep the projects going Morris...Midfifty wanted $3400 U.S. and $1600 for shipping and then there is still brokerage fees and taxes on that.
