Chris, the more of your posts that I read the more convinced I become that you reside in the wrong part of the Nation. It is getting clear to you that all the action is back here. Most of us that yack here are within a days drive of each other. Except for Rick
It does seem like all the action is back there. I think the closet person to me is Travis and he is 3 hours away. A few us of in the AZ group are going up to Travis's house in 3 weeks for a G2G, cant wait to finally meet someone and put a face with a screen name and talk trucks!!!
Good thing I have one of DP's tunes then. I should be able to make it in about 2 hours I am hoping!
I used to drive to see my girlfriend at salisbury university which took about 2 hrs at that was pushing the truck hard the whole way there, then I got the DP and after that it still took about 2 hrs but I didnt have to push the truck at all really. Plus I did save fuel with the econ setting

It will be mountains for about 1 1/2 hours of the drive up to Travis's house. I cant wait to see how the truck does with the 80E and the sound that it will make now with the foil delete and 6637. The last time I was up the same strech of mountains the truck was still the "gutless wonder" and I was happy with the way it took those hills. I am sure it will be a huge change between last time and this time.
Man, I had to start from page 7 to get cought up. I hope all you guys/gals had a good 4th.
We lost our DUCK friday night, I guess the fireworks bouncing off the pond didn't help. He may have gone to another pond around here. He was cliped, so couldn't fly.

You lost your what???? I know D is right next to F on the keybosrd, so I must assume that was a typo. But I don't see where clipped and pond enter into the equation.
Sorry, but I have to disagree with you here Lisa. If Cris can get a new turbo installed for $100 while they stumble around under the hood, I think she should loosen up a button, bat her eyes, and see what else she can get for $100.
Thats pulling out the big guns...combined with the "helpless girl" scenario...always a winning combination...I dunno about Cris, but I usually keep the big guns hidden unless it's absolutely necessary..a last resort. It's gotta be something pretty important to get to that...like getting out of a speeding ticket.

I'm not sure I know what it means either Kris, but...at least you've proven that you don't give up easily. And in any good relationship, you'll need persistence, and communication (and great sexx...ehem, I mean, what?..who just said that).
