We need to get that 67 restoration started. That looks like a straight old truck. I can see a 5.0 fuel injected engine hooked to a 5 speed manual and a 3.50 rear end! You may actually be able to aford to drive it with that set up. I think I have figured out a cheap and easy way to get Power Steering on our models also. Get that house done so we can get that project on the board!
A 5.0 sounds good, but I have this "little" 390 sitting in my garage, with the GT heads on it. Expensive-Yes. Worth it to put in there-YES!! You know, if I could get mine done, and Jake get his done-hell, we could have our own parade on cruise night! I'm really looking forward to seeing your 69. Hey, what year is your 'vette?
Morning All - Wife and I are headed to Denver today for a long weekend. Pat - Keep everybody in line in here - To answere your question - yes - Its pretty cool when you step into the throttle at 100 and your car shifts down! Argh Argh Argh Argh
Hey all, just stopping in for a minute since I won't be on tonight. Dreary day here in Omaha, but I'm still gonna go give Black a bath. Truck looks terrible! You guys have a good day, I'll catch up with ya' tomorrow night.
Good Afternoon everyone. Supposed to rain today, but so far it has been pretty good. Working on redoing a bedroom downstairs for the new nursery. Almost done. I have to install some carpet, a little more drywall work in a small closet and trim. Oh and get a custom size door installed since my ceilings downstairs are short. I have to get it done, cuz the wife is buying all sorts of baby stuff and all my other rooms are getting cluttered. Good thing it's just me and her right now. Anyways, hope everyone has a good weekend.
