the camper subframe has horns that locate into the pockets on the rear bumper.
Wow thank you for humoring my questions. I havent seen anything like that and honestly had way different idea. I appreciate the pictures because it definitely helps explain. Was this a ford deal or the camper company (coach) that would have supplied this camper and bumper?

it was the coach company. I tried looking for my thread, then realized I never started one. So I’m starting my camper truck thread now in the 73-79 section

I'm not for sure but I am fairly certain that I read a thread about the Born Free Revamp. It had minimal pictures of the sweet Supercab though. It was nice to see what went into your tow rig as well.
ok. I have a 2wd f250 but with no rust and clean panels even original factory assembly numbers on the cab and rear gas tank when buying it I was thinly about putting a 4x4 frame off of a 90s extra cab long bed but I think I'm keeping this one original with only 63,000 miles on it
Finally finished mine. 2010 superduty axles coil overs up front 2016 leafs out back. 5.9 Cummins and a zf5 sitting on 35’s
Build pics, or any pics of the front axle swap? I wanna do a 05+ SD front axle, so I'm curious about what you used for RA frame brackets and coil buckets and how they mount.
