Joestrucks.com, and take a look at the black crew he has there....Vey nice looking other than the painted grill shell.
That looks to be a 44 to me as well but it was not advertised as a 60 that I saw. Being a 250 it could be the stock axle.
Yea I agree on the grill/don't know why he'd to that when it seems by the pics he's pretty correct with what he does.I bet he wants high 20's for that CC.For the money it seems like he's getting I hope he provide various stage of the build pics with the keys. That would be a nice one to add to the strable Ranger,But it might not fit in the garage
Unfortunately it wouldn't fit in the garage but it would make a great addition. My PSD sits outside full time with the Bronco and 250 takin up two stalls, and of course I have to leave one open for the wifes car. The other stall gets the mower, bike and the rest of the junk.
I emailed for a price quote on it, curious I guess more than anything.
Def. not in the high 20's for price...low 20's the way he was talkin..tho didnt ask for exact number. I know he didnt touch the interior on mine...so, maybe somethin the previous owner did...also in watchin these trucks for a while, seems things could be ordered how you want them. Seats match and are pristine, thats all I want (heck I'm gonna put a cover on them anyway.) Joe is quite the character. He has shipped out a lot of trucks, a Canada, Texas, Miami, and 2-3 even to Hawaii. Thanks for the compliments...I'm sure I will have a bunch of questions in the future....o and yea it is a 44 in the front 60 in the rear...I could have had him toss a 60 under the front..but I just left what it came with.
Here is my recently purchased '78. I had to upgrade from my '86 F250 because of a need to carry the whole family (SuperCab), 4 wheel drive to keep getting stuck in the mud (the '86 was really only one wheel drive), and extra pulling power for horse trailer (460). I swapped the original grille out for a '77 which I consider much better looking ('78 grille for sale!). The 4.10 gears really help with gas mileage! At least it's lighter than stock (gotta love rust) except for the monster bumper (heavy, needs winch). Also, I just love slotted mags!
73-77 and 78-79 grills are interchangeable. You do have to change out the headlight buckets if going from Rectangular to round headlights and vice versa. That's just a bolt on also. And remember that the 78/79 grills have the ford letters on the hood while the older ones Ford letters are in the grill.
