I know,but you couldnt get a 351M in a 73-76,only in 77-79 I learned that,but did ford make a Super Cab Camper Special F-350?

I don't see why not...they made a supercab Trailer Special which is what I have, so I'm sure they came in the camper special configuration too.

no...not sure if the 350 came with the packages like trailer or camper special or not.

Sorry, missed this. I used 2 springs from a highboy pack and added them to the OE springs.

what would the engine most likely be in this truck (f250 supercab xlt longbed-1977) Cant reach the owner to ask.

Damn! You guy's are inspiring! I just picked up my '79 SC 4X4 F250....It's getting a 460 then off to paint next summer

Talk about timing. Reviving this post just as I get my SC. I just bought a 77 F-250 SC Longbox (Dentside? or Dent for short?) off of Craigslist for $600, piad $50 more and got a 96 SC seat that I installed all ready. It started out life as a 460 but someone swapped in a 351M. It is a automatic, dual tanks, and not many more options. There is a little rust above the drip rails and on the inside of the doors, and the bulkhead of the bed, but pretty rust free by southeast standards. I will be using this truck to haul my 79 F-250 4x4 to the trails and my Hearse to the shows.

I have a question. The guy I got my SC from has a 75 F-100 SC XLT Shortbed Dentside. I looked through this whole thread and haven't seen any info or pictures of an F-100 SC. Where there any made or could this be an emblem swap?
