Yes March. I know its basically just a heavy 250 - but I know how uncommon the real X36 are, so locating one was a mission. (Because its cool! Hahaha)
I've been scouring craigslist (nationally! Literally - every CL geography at least once a week) for two years looking for the right one. Had to be stick, and have a rock solid frame, with an X36 Vin. Bonus points for the solid body, over a solid drive train. (On a shoe string budget)
I finally found this one in MT, and knew it was the right one, I imported it from Bozeman to me here in Chicago, because it was the one.
Here is my 79 F350 Ranger Lariat Camper Special. This all original beauty is my daily driver/extremely slow rolling resto rig. I picked it up on Craigslist for the value of the trim pieces (it came with all but the passenger door trim). I am constantly learning more about it. I haven't seen too many others fully decked out like it around. The 9200 lb GVWR is my favorite part. I don't have to worry about trying to find all the missing smog parts!!

What's up with the lariat emblems being in the wrong spot? Do you have any pictures of the interior? I love lariat interiors.
