lol. Not you Nick, the post about having to switch the F-5 switch everytime you want to use the wastgate brake.
I thought that at first when Jody told me, but I got over it.
1 - Once you use it you will not want to tow w/o it (I am guessing here, bc it sure is neat empty)
2 - If you did a diy exhaust brake you would have to switch that switch and install a TC lockup switch and flip that too everytime you wanted to brake w it.
So when you think of it that way it isn't that bad. I don't know what these super pricey brakes do. Maybe they are a true Jacobs Brake that you can leave on high or low or off...idk...
A stock HPOP can keep up with the stock sticks and turbo, Im running them without a problem.
You can run 120 & 140 with them (stock stuff) but I doubt you are getting all that they could Produce with some upgrades...other than the smoke. FWIW I was kinda kidding about the turbo, BO and such, lets let him get his license first and get a handle of the DP. Then after he is 18 he can put in the BO.

Disclaimer: Still kidding

Thanks Scott, where, or what number do you have that tune on. I have 2 tow tunes and it might get a little tricky having to hit the button twice.
Nick, how did you order your DP, what order do you have them in?
I didnt order it yet. I just saying when I do order it I am getting it. Here is how my dad wants it. No start, stock, 80 ecno, Jake brake, 80 tow, 40 tow, 140 smoke( my favorite), 1,100 idle, Lope idle. I like that order to. The reason he has the 80 economy and the 80 tow separate by the Jake brake is so that he can switch the the jake break while tow and in ecno so its only 1 up or 1 down .
