Looks like the feed plug to the solenoid for the EBPV to me.

I started be saying that I didn't think it was the EBPV connection, but now you guys have me wondering if it is. I will have to check again to make sure. Anything is possible. If it is the EBPV then I dont have a problem. Its not suppose to be hooked up. I bet you guys are right, but now I have nothing to explain my drop in fuel enconomy.

Your ICP was leaking? Did you just put epoxy to seal it up, or did you actually replace it? If you just sealed it, try replacing it

Casey I think it is the EBPV connection. There are no other connectors like that I can think of on the engine.

I looked at the ICP connection and it was dry as the african savana, but I didn't unplug it. I just assumed it was good. Should I unplug it? It looks okay.
