Sounds like this thread is really rocking.

I haven't been here for awhile and it looks like I've missed out. Should've known better.

I'm working on the travel trailer for now. I have the parts for the 6637 install. I just haven't painted the pipe and installed it yet.

Keep the ideas and info coming guys. I appreciate it all.

yeah neal update us when you get back, man it's good to have my internet workin again haha, this chip is FUN FUN FUN!!! i rarely ever use the BIG FUEL tune cause it smokes people out at 1800 rpms... i got....
stock
high-idle (around 1150-1200 rpms)
economy
tow (love the firm shifts)
performance (even firmer shifts, this is my daily driver )
extreme performance? (still not sure yet about this one haha, it lopes for about 20-30 seconds then settles down... smokes like a train, as fast as a jet (ask some 6.0 owners about that one )

nah def not bs, i have dusted 6.0's in my truck, as long as they are not chipped as well, i have run trucks that have the banks 6gun\with speedloader and even then i can hold even in first gear, after that its no contest. but i do walk all over a stock crew cab long bed. it has happened to many trucks on many occasions, most of them were friends who ended up being very upset that the 230k 35 inch tire slinging outdated 7.3 busted there asssses. most of them also proceded to buy lots of goodies and now we cant play anymore

beleive it or not, what possible reason do i have to lie about it? you are telling me that nobody on here that has stock injectors has ever beaten a STOCK 6.0? i find that hard to beleive, they are not that hard to beat when they are STOCK, keyword there, i have never beaten a chipped truck, i have run against the banks sixgun, banks sixgun\speed loader, edge juice\w attitude, bullydog 3 position, and one guy had some off the wall set-up that he made using his laptop, ridiculous set-up, tons of power, over 55 psi boost, needless to say he got lots of head gaskets and lots of injectors replaced.
all of the trucks i ran were crew cab or extended cab longbed trucks, they were all trucks that i had first hand expereince doing the repairs, i know what they all had done, most of the stuff i installed at the dealer, the customers liked to have something to compare to before and after the chips and kits were installed so i was the guinnea pig.
so again, i have no reason to lie here, i dont understand the point? is there anybody on this website that has beaten stock 6.0 trucks with your trucks using stock injectors?

Its physically impossible. your truck stock it rated at 235hp, I believe. A 6.0 makes 325hp, not to mention the VGT allows quicker spool up creating instantaneous power and quick throttle response. If you did beat them then great, but they had something wrong with them. Your running a superchip that only nets you roughly 70hp, meaning that most likely you were only seeing a gain of 55 to 60rwhp increase. If you were that'd mean you were rated at roughly 300hp, still 25 shy of what the 6.0 produces. Im not gonna have a battle of wits with you over this. I know what a stock stick PSD will do with a superchip and let me be the first to say that it would never come close to keeping with a stock 6.0, let alone a 6.0 with any kind of tuner, good or bad.

If you did beat them then thats great! And I cant wait to see what your truck will do with some more mods. But i have a hard time believing that you did. Did they know you were racing? lol, im not buyin it. The numbers and info dont match up.

i would guestimate 300 horse flywheel in my truck the 6.0 is rated 325\565, yes i am well aware of that, i am not going to argue that point, i know exactly how my truck runs and i know exactly how those trucks all ran, i drove them all, and yes they were definatly racing me, we are talking about customers spending a lot of money, i would imagine that they would want to win wouldnt you? there was most definatly nothing wrong with any of those trucks, at least not at first....lol the edge trucks all ate trannys and injectors. the banks trucks ran the best by far of all the ones i did installs on.
when we ran the trucks, it was right out front of work and the first time it was me and another guy from work, then me and the customer driving so there was no way to "rig" it since we were a "stealership" we did it the same way for each truck. and we did a ton of trucks, all were brand new fresh sales. they rolled the kits in with the truck loans.......dont ask..... i am not going to sit here all night and argue the point with you, if you didnt live in washington i'd tell you to come down and we'll go race some trucks,
there are a couple of other things i should point out about the runs we made. they were all from a dig, no 40 or 50mph rolls, from a stand still is all we did. If we went from a 50 mph roll i am sure the stock 6.0 would win, no doubt in my mind there. Frmo a stand still i can beat stock 6.0's all day long, I can launch the truck really hard and it has plenty of low-end power, once we get up in the gears its not as impressive and the 6.0 could easily pass me if we went from a 3rd gear roll

so i ask again. isnt there anybody out there with stock injectors that has raced a bone stock 6.0 and won?

you ran bone stock 6.0's with stage 1's and lost? but either way we do agree, the chipped 6.0's hurt me really bad. as i've said before, 1st gear i'd jump maybee a little more than a fender on them everytime, but then they would steady pull away from me and every time mine shifted they would pull away a little faster, by the top of 3rd gear they were probably 3-4 full trucks in front of me easy.
when stock i would do my most damage in 1st gear, at the top of 3rd i wouldnt even give me a full truck but i would still spank them, its enough to justify laughing since they have a 55 thousand dollar king ranch and i'm in the 7k hillbilly express
