Wont Start
Have a 99 F-350 S/D, after the cold weather it doesnt want to start, heater was plugged in during the freez, went to start it the other day, it cranks but doesnt start.. any suggestions????

Well if the heater isn't working then!!!!!!!! Also vehicles aren't used to cold down there are they? All kinds of issue's, frozen water in fuel lines and tank. Wrong oil too thick, low batteries. What the temp now?

everything is correct on the truck, the weather got to the low 30's. block heater works.. just didnt want to start.... engine will crank over.......new batteries so thats not the issue...

Idea's maybe camshaft sensor they go like hotcakes. Other than that I would check all the things that cold will bother...

how could you check to see if its the camshaft sensor, and where exactly id it located

i just tried starting the truck a few minutes ago and it does the same it cranks but doesnt start.........

Did you get it fixed yet, Cuz my is doing the same thing, it was plug in and I started it and it ran for a few min. and quit.
