John, I play with the Austin Civic Wind Ensemble (Euphonium) and am also with 3 Polka Bands in the CenTex.

The wife and I have also worked several B.A.S.S. regionals.

YES! I need to get my Ham License for SkyWarn.. Anything that can help me learn and pass my FCC test will HELP! Plus I'd like to see your setup if you have it mobile..

Right now I'm running off CB which is limited.. I need a Ham so I can transmit to the NWS when I'm chasing the Tornado's..

to the guys with the CBs...will you run on 19 or another frequency?

clif...I took a break from playing trumpet this semester..i've been playing for ten years...didn't want to get wore out on it...

Ya'Know.......judging from the past 5 or 6 posts....we might have to call the next get-together an FTE "Family" reunion! Whattayathink?

Hell yeah.. Make this a regular deal.. I printed out some flyers of the event andput them on some SD's I saw around town.. Maybe some of them will show up.. I need to find more Ford's and not just SD's but they seem to catch my eye faster LOL
