Ramboss that's awesome that you got a trailer. You will have to give me a call soon, I got drunk and lost my phone so I dont have alot of numbers anymore.
Thomsen - Ya I'll give ya a holler one of these days. Might be heading to Presho to do some coyote calling Thursday.....Might hafta meet ya out that way somewhere at an adult club with female entertainment......Kadoka open this time of the year? LOL
We definately need Kubota to post up pics of his flatbed. I might be flatbedding out a pickup this winter sometime......Got a line on a '79 Crew Cab, rust free, but its the Cab only......So I might be making a frame, finding a front clip, and then flatbedding 'er out........
ill get pics when it looks like aot has been done...didnt do crap this weekend...got a fever, threw up over 15 times in 9 hours and went through 3.5 rols of toilet paper from sat morn to sun night( no alcohol involved)...i had alot planned to do this weekend too
i got a deadline of feb 2nd....think i will make it????
I got faith in ya Kubota! That damn flu is going all over the place. Alot of ppl here got it, lasts a day then its gone. I feel sorry for your butt after that much wiping! LOL
it sucked...ive never had a virus like that before....id like to know what it is. its going around here too
im getting worried about the little stuff like fuel lines, tranny cooler lines and trans temp gauge...i already have most all of that, but running it usually takes longer than you think
arghhh im gonna get back at it tomorrow after work
well i just have the shorten the line going to the rear hose cause the axles moved foward....have to tap into the fuel line already on the frame for my 30 gallon fuel tank i used to have ...have the ford hard tranny cooler lines
thanks for the compliment, it sounded alot better before i took the lumpy cam out of her...i have a random video my girlfriend took of the axle wrap when it still had the lumpy cam....just iddling and above idle
...maybe i should stick it back in since i have an auto now
the youtube thing screwed the video up...you see the axle wrap at the end when i dump the clutch...that video was about two yrs ago with no ladder bars
ladder bar is mounted to cab crossmember via new bracket...
hacked frame off right behind the shackle brackets on the rear(gas tank had to be removed obviosly...) To give and idea...the is about 7 inches behind the crossmember in front of the gas tank that chunk of frame along with my bumper had to weigh 150 lbs at least
i am very pleased...looks awesome with the new shortened frame and shorter wheelbase
now on to shortening the rear brakeline and slapping some shocks on the rear
then comes the flatbed, gas tank, toolbox and rails
it really looks like something has been done now...
