i think with the link bars i am going to use bushings at the axle end, heims at teh frame......for the cheaper cost and because i like the way bushings soak up some of the vibes and jolts

tonight i torched off all the random junk behind the cab like stock bumpstop brackets, brakline bracket, and stock shock mounts

got all the 1/2" holes drilled and got the front leaf spring brackets bolted on....looks like i am going to have a 121-122" wheelbase...its hard to tell because theres no weight on the springs

i am really likeing this wheelbase...and im really looking foward to not having a 6 foot rear driveshaft hanging down

hopefully tomorrow it will be sitting on the springs again and i can start on making a new ladder bar mount to the frame

Haven't done much to it since I got it driving. I am going to do some suspension work on it this winter when I get bored. Going to shackle flip my rear and remove the 4" block I have now, remove a leaf out of my front springs, get a better shackle angle up front, and hopefully end up with a lower stance and a lil better ride. Then I will hack up my fenders to clear the tires. Still looking for a different front axle for it.

I took it out a few weeks ago wheeling with a buddy, it did pretty good, beat the chevy in all categories, the 0-60mph race was definately entertaining for me (38s with 4.56s and a 4spd auto an a stock 350 throttle body are gutless).

well i have owned the bronco prolly 4-5 years, but i have been actively working on it since about the time i bought my red truck which was i guess three years in Nov. I'd say 2.5 years, i have not had the luxury of electricity since before Thanksgiving except for a few days when i brought the bronco tofayetteville.

it really started when you ripped the white truck apart though didnt it???

call f county and ask them about setting a temp pole out there and how quick they can get it done, and how much etc...

then get an elec company to hook you up with temp pole and then get a meter set and your ready to go

lol if i do that i am buying one that runs a gen and they are no less than $1000! i am lookin at a hobart gen/welder single unit.

well EMC wants us to have the box and all the wiring set first and have it all inspected and then after everything passes inspection they will come out and set a pole with security light and turn on the power. but you know my dad, if its something he doesnt want to do he forgets about it even if i mention it EVERYDAY FOR MONTHS!

i am about to the point i am going to bring the bronco to fayetteville with him at the house to get the point across! for those that doint know, i have moved (yes with the parents for now) to a yuppy-ville neighborhood... we arent supposed to leave our javeline 18 bassboat out of the garage in plain view, cant drive on the grass, and cant park in front of the house for more than 24 hours! can you say GAYYYYYYY!? if i were to bring the bronco back up to the house i think the HOA would do a backflip. i get some mean faces when i haul my 20' G/N in with the tractor loaded! talk about snooty!

I hate this dam place!
