Well the CPS didn't help the power at all.. I will report mileage after this tank and international CPS.

Fuel pump? Is it an in-tank pump?

No...it's mounted on the frame rail under the driver. Sometimes the inlet filter screen gets clogged from debris. Worth checking out.
