Flip, been there and done that. I grew up on a farm you know. Come to think of it Fordthug could even have a spotter in his BII if he had a 5 gal bucket. Joe, you got the seats in yet?
Just wondering if my truck would be able to make it through the parts you are going through? Of course without any damage . I went mudding with a friend of mine and he assured me no major scratches so we took his truck first and there was a spot where the trail was 2 feet narrower than the truck. Had to scrap along tree limbs all the way through.
You know how it is until the first scratch you are very careful.
There are few but very few places you could go without scratching a little. The trees are all over. Down in the bottoms is mainly mud and brush so you might not be to bad there.
Your Ranger is narrow enough you can go places without getting scratched up like a full size. But, as Rollie said, you will get scratched somewhere eventually. Any scratch you get though could be buffed out pretty easy.
I ended up with a few scratches on my superduty last winter there. I was able to buff them out. You would still probably get a few light ones. It was fun to see what the truck would do.
Yeah there was a running board problem. I should of listened to Jack and been a little more patient. But at least I didn't get stuck or bend a bull bar. lol
Not to worried about brush scratches, like you said the buff out.
Count me in the next time you do it except for the 22nd. I am booked all day until that night with soccer games and soccer parties. Gotta love having every kid in the same sport.
So we shooting for November at all? Maybe skip our monthly GTG and do tuttle?
