Had a great time today. Got to see 4 wheelin the way it was meant to be. Mud, rocks, and seeing a Bronco II with big tires being pulled behind a yamaha 4 wheeler faster than Tony was comfortable going through the mud holes. Other than a little mechanical problem, it ran great and we never got stuck. Handled the mud and hills with ease, even a little lake driving.

The Escape worked just as it should have, sitting in the parking lot all nice and pretty. Thanks for letting me ride along Tony, I had a blast.

Hopefully someday I'll see Flip actually take a 4x4...LOL.

So how about a trip report! How many showed up? How many vehicles? What time did you start? Where did you go? When did you finish? Carnage report?

Pretty much. Got it ready to try tomorrow anyway. Couldn't get it to raise anymore so I just to and tapped the fender a little with a great big hammer. (Saw this at a nascar race)LOL The front drive shaft would not let it go any farther. Sitting there ready to go in the morning. Let you all know if it makes it or not.

Trip Report..... Had a Blast!!! Enough said ... lol

People.... Tony, Chad, Kyle, Lucas

Two trucks, One four wheeler.

Chads truck lasted until he realized he didn't have 4X4 which was about a half hour into the trip.

Tony's BII devoleped a mystery fuel problem when we were as far away from the parking lot as we could get. Started working again when the white over came the red and didn't have a problem the rest of the day.

Lucas's 4 wheeler preformed flawlessly threw out the day.

Rained off and on threw out the day. The trails were fairl slick in the wooded areas from the previous rains. The rain today lasted long enough for us to get back to the parking lot and then it would quit.

We did get some Geo Caching in also. There are three Caches located threw out the ORV park and we found three. Found a white Jeep Travel Bug on the first one.

I arrived at the park at 10:30 and started wheeling as soon I was unloaded. Left the park around about 5:30.

It felt like we covered every inch of the park and then some. Hit all the spots we did last time in one day plus a few more. Lots of mud everywhere. I tried not to leave a puddle untouched. Even drove threw the area wre I got stuck last time with no problems. Lake was down so we were able to drive on the beach and even out to a little Island.

Carnage report .. Nothing really to speak of. I did find out that you should not use water soluable(sp) foam to plug holes.

I missed the 4 wheeler pulling that dude around. Must have been a sight!

Hope that about covers it...

Great report! Rollie, Clint says he know's where there is a body hammer we need to use on "Jr." to make room for the t-cases. That or we need a body lift. Now we just need to get where we can change 4 tires in 14 seconds.

Just got back, had a great time. Mark and Austin came down to join in the fun too.

BII ran pretty good and got around fairly well. The trans slips and my brakes kept fading on me but all in all it ran well. The bottoms were just right in the mud zone and a lot of fun, then hit the beach and went way back in there, found a dodge and a chevy stuck deep in the mud, then climbed some real steep hill and came out on a blacktop road to come back down the other side. Went back to the bottoms and ran into a bunch of heeps, they were pulling one out and got another one stuck. Went up and played to the west of the parking area, forgot to turn my fan off in a mud hole and broke a blade off it, later the out of balance caused the fan to hang up and burn out but luckily it was just as we were getting ready to head back to pack up. Got stuck in a big hole by the pipe and Mark (in Tony's BII) had to pull me out, them Mark got stuck in the same hole and I pulled him out. Broke the ball of my accelerator cable but had another in the truck. Did I mention that we had a lot of fun, it was great.

Sounds like you had a good time. I take it that Tony didn't have anymore of his "Mysterious fuel problems"? Where was Tony while Mark was driving his Bronco? Just being nosy.

Clint, no I haven't changed it yet and it is real wet around there. Got one from Tony but it is different so am not sure if it will work or not.

Kyle, Tony was riding shotgun with Mark till we got to the big holes then he was out taking pictures.
